Start using your mobile app by following the following steps

1. Download the Whoo Intercom App on your smartphone or tablet. 
 

2. Locate the 34 digit pairing code that was sent to you via email and copy it using your smartphone. 

 

Example code (not yours):  v1x222222333333444444555555

3. Open the Whoo app.


4. Paste (or enter) the code that you copied from your email on the last welcome screen.  (including all letters and numbers but with no spaces) .

5. Click ‘PAIR DEVICE’ to link your device to the intercom and you are ready to go!

 

*IMPORTANT: A pairing code can only be used on one device. If you would like to connect additional devices, please contact your property manager so they can program them and send you additional pairing codes. 

No smartphone? No problem!

If you do NOT have a smartphone or choose to just have the system call your phone instead (audio only), let us know by contacting support.


Pin Code
 
Once you open the app you will see a 4-DIGIT CODE on the top left corner of the screen.
This code will grant you access to your building.

To use this code you will see a button in the intercom that says PINCODE simply press that another window will open and you can press the code to enter the building. 

 

Then, simply add your code and press ‘done’. The door will open!
