Whoo Rider Info — SMS Terms
Program. Whoo Rider Info lets riders receive, by text message, information they request from Whoo’s AI voice and chat assistants, for example directions to a destination with a link to the route on Google Maps. Whoo operates these assistants for transit systems, campuses and venues.
How you opt in. An assistant (at a station help point, on a phone call, or in a website chat) offers to text you the information. A message is sent only if you say yes, give your mobile number, and confirm the number when the assistant reads it back.
Message frequency. One message per request. We do not send recurring or marketing messages.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one confirmation message and no further texts.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@whoo.ai.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported numbers. Texts are available for US and Canadian mobile numbers.
Privacy. Your number is used only to send the message you requested. See our Privacy Policy: https://whoo.ai/privacy-policy/
We believe in a world where buildings don’t just have technology — they understand people.
Where every interaction is simple, human and intuitive.
Because the future of smart buildings isn’t about more screens, more apps or more complexity.
It’s about creating spaces that feel natural, responsive and genuinely helpful.
And that’s what we do.
